Our value chain starts with the collection of the raw materials at the very place where the industrial waste is generated.

sorting and separation

Our job starts at the various industrial operations we work with by retrieving our raw material right at the spot where the industrial waste is generated. After that, these materials are transported to our operation where it is stretched out and sorted by polyethylene types. 

CLeaning

The next step is to manually remove labels, paper and cardboard residues in preparation for the pelletizing process.

PressinG

Once cleaned and segregated, the material is bailed and serialized for tracking purposes.

storage

Bails are then put in storage so a steady supply can be maintained between the cleaning and the pelletizing operations.

peletizing

Our most important process is the peletizing operation. This process includes cutting, mixing, heating, drying, compacting, melting, filtering, peletizing, cooling and drying so the resulting pellets can be used to make new plastic products again.

packaging

Lastly, our pellets are packed in big bags which are serialized so we can track our production batches.
